- Scan, verify, and record invoices based on order receipts.
- Initiate action requests to order authors for pending invoices and follow up if necessary.
- Analyze supplier accounts, manage advances, verify factoring companies, and liaise with operational teams for invoice clearance.
- Update supplier database with company data and verify new supplier creations.
- Request invoices from suppliers upon receipt of due notices or reminders.
- Follow up with production suppliers for return credits.
- Submit copies of intra-community goods invoices to customs.
- Record bank transactions including direct debits and payment rejections.
- Participate in managing the celebrity endorsement dossier.
- Update the tracking of long-term vehicle leases.
- Ensure the subsidiary ledger aligns with the general ledger monthly.
- Analyze the history of advances and prepayments.
- Record provisions for accrued expenses and review their relevance with operational teams.
- Reconcile intercompany accounts between PCD and LVMH Singapore/PCD China.
- Identify and record prepaid expenses.
- Analyze media expenses in the French market.
- Calculate and analyze cash flow forecasts and actual disbursements.
- Verify the Intrastat declaration submitted by PCD's customs department.
- Review the maturity of received guarantees and analyze deposits and guarantees paid.
- Prepare summary tables of prepaid expenses.
- Analyze debtor suppliers to regularize situations.
- Prepare off-balance sheet commitments and realized tables (leases, equipment rentals, vehicle rentals).
- Prepare quarterly and annual declarations to Agessa and Maison des Artistes.
- Prepare the annual declaration of fees (DADS 2).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent (DUT GEA, BTS in Accounting Management).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting.
- Technical knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with tax regulations (VAT).
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP).
- Understanding of technical procedures and internal controls.
- Proficiency in English for communication with international suppliers.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on accounts payable processes.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
