1. Scan, verify, and record invoices based on order receipts.
2. Initiate action requests to order authors for pending invoices and follow up if necessary.
3. Analyze supplier accounts, manage advances, verify factoring companies, and liaise with operational teams for invoice clearance.
4. Update supplier database with company data and verify new supplier creations.
5. Request invoices from suppliers upon receipt of due notices or reminders.
6. Follow up with production suppliers for return credits.
7. Submit copies of intra-community goods invoices to customs.
8. Record bank transactions including direct debits and payment rejections.
9. Participate in managing the celebrity endorsement dossier.
10. Update the tracking of long-term vehicle leases.
11. Ensure the subsidiary ledger aligns with the general ledger monthly.
12. Analyze the history of advances and prepayments.
13. Record provisions for accrued expenses and review their relevance with operational teams.
14. Reconcile intercompany accounts between PCD and LVMH Singapore/PCD China.
15. Identify and record prepaid expenses.
16. Analyze media expenses in the French market.
17. Calculate and analyze cash flow forecasts and actual disbursements.
18. Verify the Intrastat declaration submitted by PCD's customs department.
19. Review the maturity of received guarantees and analyze deposits and guarantees paid.
20. Prepare summary tables of prepaid expenses.
21. Analyze debtor suppliers to regularize situations.
22. Prepare off-balance sheet commitments and realized tables (leases, equipment rentals, vehicle rentals).
23. Prepare quarterly and annual declarations to Agessa and Maison des Artistes.
24. Prepare the annual declaration of fees (DADS 2).

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent (DUT GEA, BTS in Accounting Management).
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting.
3. Technical knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
4. Familiarity with tax regulations (VAT).
5. Proficiency in accounting software (SAP).
6. Understanding of technical procedures and internal controls.
7. Proficiency in English for communication with international suppliers.
