1. Book incoming payments from customers (Accounts Receivable).
2. Produce and analyze Overdue List, manage outstanding invoices, and dispatch reminders.
3. Maintain customer database in SAP from an accounting perspective.
4. Book and pay vendor invoices (Accounts Payable).
5. Maintain vendor database in SAP.
6. Reconcile bank accounts.
7. Book employee travel and entertainment expenses.
8. Participate in intercompany reconciliations.
9. Contribute to Intrastat reporting.

1. Bachelor or Master student majoring in Finance or Business Administration.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in Danish is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
3. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
4. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and SAP.

Beginner level experience in accounting or related fields.

Bachelor or Master student in Finance or Business Administration.
