Christian Dior Account Manager

- Set and manage sales targets for team members in alignment with company expectations.
- Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products while providing a luxury standard of service to customers.
- Lead and coach the team to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Engage in cross-selling across product categories to enhance average transaction value and units.
- Educate and train team members on the use and history of Parfums Christian Dior products.
- Demonstrate products on clients through flash make-overs and confidently explain product benefits.
- Initiate contact with customers and welcome them both on counter and through traffic stopping.
- Update client data and sales information using the ipos tool.
- Develop and utilize a customer database to build clientele through phone calls, product launch events, and appointments.
- Manage team members proactively, identifying coaching and development opportunities.
- Manage stock levels in partnership with the Area Manager.
- Grow business through events, appointments, and return bookings.
- Ensure completion of all operational and administrative tasks to a high standard.
- Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
- Adhere to all company and store procedures and policies.
- Build relationships with store management and carry out additional duties as directed by the management team.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on business development and sales growth.
- Organizational skills to manage paperwork, team members, and client needs.
- Tenacity to ensure customers receive the best luxury service.
- Self-confidence to engage with customers and demonstrate strong selling skills.
- Expertise in cosmetics and make-up application.
- Excellent communication skills to identify customer needs.
- Immaculate grooming and presentation to embody the brand's elegance.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
