1. Set and monitor sales targets for team members in alignment with company objectives.
2. Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products, ensuring a luxury service standard for customers.
3. Lead and coach the team to achieve or exceed sales targets.
4. Implement cross-selling strategies to enhance average transaction value and units.
5. Educate and train team members on product knowledge and history.
6. Demonstrate products through makeovers and confidently address customer objections.
7. Manage client data and build a clientele database using the iPOS tool.
8. Organize and execute events, appointments, and return bookings to grow business.
9. Oversee stock levels and collaborate with the Area Manager for inventory management.
10. Ensure completion of operational and administrative tasks.
11. Participate in merchandise management and adhere to corporate guidelines.
12. Build relationships with store management and comply with store policies.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
