1. Set and monitor sales targets for team members in alignment with company objectives.
2. Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products, ensuring a luxury service standard for customers.
3. Lead and coach the team to achieve or exceed sales targets.
4. Implement cross-selling strategies to enhance average transaction value and units.
5. Educate and train team members on product knowledge and brand history.
6. Engage with clients to provide personalized product recommendations and overcome objections.
7. Manage stock levels in collaboration with the Area Manager.
8. Organize and execute events and appointments to drive business growth.
9. Ensure completion of operational and administrative tasks with precision.
10. Maintain merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
11. Build and maintain relationships with store management and adhere to store policies.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
