- Set sales targets for team members in alignment with company expectations.
- Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and deliver a luxury standard of service to customers.
- Lead and coach the team to ensure awareness and achievement of sales targets.
- Engage in cross-selling across product categories to enhance average transaction value and units.
- Educate and train team members on the use and history of Parfums Christian Dior products.
- Propose personalized products to clients and effectively manage objections.
- Demonstrate products through flash make-overs and explain benefits confidently.
- Initiate customer contact and welcome them both on counter and through traffic stopping.
- Update client data including sales and profiles using the ipos tool.
- Develop and utilize the customer database to build clientele through calls, events, and appointments.
- Manage team members, identifying coaching and development opportunities.
- Oversee stock levels in partnership with the Area Manager.
- Grow the business through events, appointments, and return bookings.
- Ensure completion of operational and administrative tasks.
- Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
- Adhere to company and store policies and procedures.
- Build relationships with store management and carry out additional duties as directed.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on business development through events and sales growth.
- Organizational skills to manage paperwork, team members, and meet client needs.
- Tenacity to ensure customers receive the best luxury service.
- Self-confidence to engage with customers and utilize strong selling skills.
