- Set and achieve sales targets for the team in alignment with company expectations.
- Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products, ensuring a luxury standard of service.
- Lead and coach team members to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Link sell across product categories to enhance average transaction value and units.
- Educate and train team members on product use and history.

- Organize events and appointments to grow business.
- Complete operational and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
- Adhere to company and store policies and procedures.
- Build relationships with store management and colleagues.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
