1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
2. Ensure Dior image compliance at client accounts.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
4. Proactively identify and resolve client issues and concerns.
5. Prepare and deliver regular account reviews and performance reports.
6. Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business with existing clients.
7. Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and supply chain to ensure client needs are met.
8. Manage contract renewals and negotiations.
9. Track and analyze key account metrics.
10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or retail.
3. Experience in selective distribution and/or beauty industry is a plus.
4. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.

1. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
2. Eye for detail and excellence oriented.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is mandatory.
6. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Minimum of 3 years in account management, sales, or retail, preferably within the selective distribution or beauty industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
