- Lead a team of three project managers responsible for coordinating communication tool development for all product launches.
- Manage the 'Dior Info' team, overseeing the document exchange platform between central teams and markets.
- Ensure comprehensive 360 development by managing cross-functional teams including Central Marketing, Merchandising, Digital, and more, from briefing to market activation.
- Oversee operational and strategic project management for approximately 50-70 projects annually across all 360 components.
- Conduct bi-monthly reporting and presentations to International Marketing Management and Brand General Director.
- Serve as the interface between Central and Local Markets, anticipating needs and securing business solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement and process enhancement across the 360 DIOR scope.
- Develop and monitor KPIs related to 360 development, implementing action plans to improve these indicators.
- Advanced degree from a prestigious business or engineering school.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the perfume/cosmetics sector in roles such as marketing, business development, planning, digital, or communication.
- Project management and complex problem-solving.
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Knowledge of the cosmetics and perfume sector is advantageous.
- Understanding of communication strategies and tools in the industry.
- Team management experience is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with exposure to department heads and top management.
- Cross-functional management and leadership.
- Proactive and initiative-taking.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the perfume or cosmetics industry, particularly in marketing, business development, planning, digital, or communication roles.
Advanced degree from a prestigious business or engineering school.
