OTB Group Public Relations Manager

- Drive awareness and uphold the brand positioning of OTB Americas across all PR and influence activities, including press, events, boutique openings, and influencer activations.
- Collaborate with the PR & Influence Director to develop strategies that enhance brand awareness and editorial coverage.
- Plan and execute a local communication calendar for PR activities, including preparing assets, creating press releases, and managing media pitches.
- Lead outreach efforts to secure media coverage in national, regional, and trade publications, ensuring consistent communication of key messaging.
- Partner with external agencies to monitor media coverage and track PR campaign success.
- Build and maintain a media database for targeted pitching and effective journalist outreach.
- Collaborate with local and headquarters teams on strategies to generate regional buzz and awareness.
- Develop and implement a yearly talent dressing and seeding strategy in partnership with the Director.
- Execute influencer campaigns aligned with company goals, ensuring successful partnerships and measurable results.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of influencer campaigns, measuring engagement, ROI, and overall brand impact.
- Manage the PR and influencer budget, including gifting and travel expenses.
- Maintain a marketing calendar of premieres, film festivals, and other wardrobing opportunities.
- Oversee press and talent requests, including features, news coverage, and sample management.
- Manage store pulls and giftings, and partner with the PR Coordinator to manage sample traffic using Fashion GPS.
- Ensure the PR closet is maintained and organized.
- Manage Editor/Stylist showroom and boutique appointments, fittings, and related activities.
- Support PR Agency in consolidating Americas guest lists for fashion shows and manage attending talent logistics.
- Coordinate seasonal press day appointments with top local media and stylists in partnership with the PR Agency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage PR-related events, including product launches and special initiatives.
- Support the Events team with press and talent attendance and coverage of events.
- Maintain the PR brand budget, managing PR events such as fashion shows and press days.
- 5+ years of experience in public relations, influencer marketing, or an agency setting preferred.
- Proven experience in managing media relations and influencer campaigns with a strong track record of securing coverage in top-tier outlets.
- Experience with influencer platforms, social media, and content marketing strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling press materials and pitch media effectively.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and maintain connections with media contacts and influencers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- In-depth knowledge of PR and influencer marketing best practices, trends, and tools.

A minimum of 5 years in public relations, influencer marketing, or a related agency environment, with a proven track record in media relations and influencer campaign management.
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
$85,000 - $90,000 annually
