1. Assist in analyzing the performance of collections and seasonal bestsellers across all categories.
2. Provide qualitative and quantitative analyses on collection performance, including sell-in, sell-out, and post-market evaluations.
3. Identify key areas for improvement for upcoming seasons.
4. Collect sell-through reports from key wholesale partners by region.
5. Support Merchandisers in establishing collection pricing structures.
6. Create and update collection tools such as databases and showroom materials.
7. Collaborate on special projects including capsules and collaborations.
8. Assist in preparing buying sessions with regional buyers.
9. Work closely with teams dedicated to fashion shows and showrooms.
10. Update 360-degree tools in collaboration with Marketing, E-commerce, and Visual Merchandising teams.
11. Support the implementation of the 360-degree strategy calendar with regional assistance.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree or in a gap year, seeking a 4-month internship.
2. Educational background in business school or fashion specialization (e.g., IFM, ESMOD, LISAA).
3. Previous experience as a Collection Merchandiser or Retail Merchandiser.

1. Strong interest in fashion and luxury sectors.
2. Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
3. Proficiency in Power BI, Stealth, and PLM.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
5. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to execute tasks swiftly.
6. Good understanding of global market trends.
7. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken; Italian is a plus.

Prior experience in merchandising within the fashion industry is required.

Master's degree in progress or equivalent in business or fashion-related field.
