OTB Group HR Business Partner

- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities: collect hiring needs from managers, post job descriptions, screen CVs, conduct telephone and Microsoft Teams interviews, hold face‑to‑face interviews, prepare offers and manage candidate feedback.
- Coordinate hiring and onboarding: draft employment contracts, collect personal and administrative documents, register new hires in the HRIS, prepare workstations and equipment, and organise induction meetings.
- Provide day‑to‑day employee support: advise on policies and company regulations, assist with HR tools, handle administrative queries in coordination with HR Administration via the internal ticketing system.
- Manage employee exit processes: validate resignations, prepare exit documentation, notify HR Administration via ticketing, record terminations in the HRIS and recover company assets.
- Maintain and update the HR information system (SAP SuccessFactors) for all employee lifecycle actions.
- Produce HR reporting and workforce analysis to support management and internal HR teams (compensation reviews, budget preparation, bespoke reports for project launches).
- Degree in Law, Economics or Management.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR roles with exposure to recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; confident with Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong analytical aptitude and experience producing HR reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Proven organisational skills, time management and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Capacity to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

2–3 years of progressive HR experience, ideally covering recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and HRIS administration within a fast‑paced corporate environment.
Degree (Bachelor's) in Law, Economics or Management.
