1. Collaborate with the Design Director to define creative concepts aligned with brand DNA and market needs.
2. Conduct in-depth research and develop 3D prototypes as part of the design process.
3. Create sketches and prepare launch sheets for new collections.
4. Research fabrics and colors, collaborating with the Print team on prints and embroideries.
5. Work with the MM6 Merchandising team to ensure collection balance and market integration.
6. Partner with external ateliers and product managers in Italy to ensure design execution meets quality and pricing standards.
7. Participate in technical fitting sessions to verify product feasibility and maintain design integrity.
8. Contribute to the show, lookbook, and styling processes alongside the Design Director.
9. Engage in technical presentations for commercial purposes.
10. Update collection plans and line sheets regularly.

1. 4-5 years of experience as a Menswear Designer in the luxury sector.
2. Degree from a Design or Fashion School.

1. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
2. Strong creativity and passion for product design.
3. Excellent attention to detail and technical skills in Ready-to-Wear.
4. Ability to manage creative and development teams effectively.
5. Fluency in English; proficiency in French and Italian is advantageous.

4-5 years of experience as a Menswear Designer in the luxury fashion industry.

Degree from a Design or Fashion School.
