1. Manage and coordinate the finishing department, including brushing, trimming, finishing, cleaning, polishing, ironing, specific treatments, and final inspection.
2. Plan daily activities according to production schedules and priorities.

5. Verify the correct execution of treatments on leather, including effects, colors, and finishes.
