OTB Group E-Commerce Assistant Manager

- Collaborate with Senior Manager and headquarters to develop site strategy to expand the US market.
- Implement strategic product ranking and merchandising strategies across three OTB sites to enhance visual appeal and optimize revenue.
- Coordinate with the buying team to ensure product assortment aligns with historical data insights.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate merchandising and imagery of collections.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Salesforce platform, including product and promotional launches.
- Work with CRM to propose market-driven product pushes and optimize email revenue through strategic landing page merchandising.
- Collaborate with the Digital Production team on special collaborations and on-site content.
- Coordinate with planning teams to ensure stock levels meet digital sales demands.
- Recommend and implement CRO and A/B testing in partnership with HQ teams.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to inform product and site strategies.
- Utilize Adobe Analytics, BI data, and Content Square to analyze product and content performance, optimizing site and merchandising strategies.
- Generate weekly reports on shipping and product availability to identify site gaps.
- Evaluate customer experience to enhance conversion rates.
- Ensure timely processing of shipments by stock points.
- Support store and warehouse teams, coordinating packaging replenishment with Omni Channel stores.
- Train stores on Omni Channel features and best practices in collaboration with Senior Manager.
- Monitor fulfillment data to maintain balance across stock points.
- Manage external customer service agency and address escalations.
- 3+ years of experience in E-Commerce, preferably in Digital Merchandising.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with large datasets and data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and follow-through.
- Experience with E-Commerce platforms, preferably Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Content Square.
