3. Implement CRM procedures to expand the client database.
4. Achieve or exceed set sales targets.
5. Meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
6. Maintain the sales floor according to Diesel's visual presentation standards.
7. Possess comprehensive knowledge and management of inventory.
8. Participate in ancillary sales tasks such as unpacking, labeling, and inventory audits.
9. Adhere to store security protocols to prevent theft and losses.
10. Ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines and maintain the store's presentation.

1. Proven ability to build long-term relationships with diverse clients globally.
2. Experience as a Client Advisor, ideally within the luxury or fashion sector.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Proactive in enhancing commercial performance.
5. Ability to cross-sell across various product categories.
6. Adaptable with a passion for challenges.
7. Proficiency in French and English.
