Omega Wholesale Coordinator

- Order, process, and track all collateral requests, including boxes, warranties, and certificates.
- Process consignments and credit re-bills efficiently.
- Schedule and manage consignment memos, including pickup and drop-off requests.
- Ensure RA/s requests adhere to SGUS policy and procedures.
- Maintain and update door locations on the Omega website for the US, including adding new accounts and removing closed doors.
- Serve as the point of contact for sales support in the absence of the Senior Manager and assist RSMs with availability, price checks, and ETAs.
- Execute additional projects as assigned.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate or wholesale operations.
- Proven ability to work closely with mid/senior-level executives.
- In-depth understanding of the wholesale environment.
- Demonstrated adaptability and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SAP.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadline-driven projects.
- Strong personal work ethic and adaptability.
A minimum of three years in corporate or wholesale operations, with experience in supporting mid to senior-level executives.
