- Order, process, and track all collateral requests, including boxes, warranties, and certificates.
- Process consignments and credit re-bills.
- Schedule pickup and drop-off requests for consignment memos.
- Ensure requests follow SGUS policy and procedures.
- Create and maintain door locations on the Omega website for the US.
- Serve as a point of contact for sales support and Regional Sales Managers.
- Handle other projects as assigned.
- 3+ years of corporate or wholesale operations experience.
- Experience working closely with mid/senior level executives.
- Understanding of the wholesale environment.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to perform well in a team environment.
- Strong solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SAP.
- Ability to process vast amounts of information and prioritize business needs.
- Strong personal work ethic.
- Adaptable personality and quick learner.
3+ years of experience in corporate or wholesale operations.
The position is based in the Miami, FL corporate office, fostering a collaborative team environment.
