2. Define necessary repair work and complete repair documentation.
3. Monitor the workflow of technical and administrative tasks.

1. Possession of a CFC in watchmaking or as a watchmaking operator.
2. Several years of experience as an operator in diagnostics or after-sales service in watchmaking.

1. Proficiency with computer tools.
2. Excellent command of French or German.
3. Strong analytical and teamwork skills.
4. Good organizational abilities.
5. Open and communicative nature with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Several years of experience in watch diagnostics or after-sales service within the horology industry.
