Omega Training Manager

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for retail staff in the North East region.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers.
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them.
- Stay updated with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings, and attending relevant courses.
- Manage and oversee the training budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training management, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
- Strong understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
A minimum of 5 years of experience in training management, with a focus on luxury retail.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
