- Deliver an exceptional client experience across all projects, engaging stakeholders and educating them on the Omega brand experience and expectations.
- Establish and maintain communication channels between clients, vendors, Omega Sales, and Omega HQ, acting as the central contact point and project leader.
- Present proposals to clients and stakeholders, assisting in communicating technical aspects and troubleshooting with clients.
- Implement and maintain the global Omega experience with wholesale partners, ensuring corporate processes are adhered to.
- Ensure brand integrity and consistency across all interactions, offering creative local suggestions within corporate guidelines.
- Ensure construction documents are accurate, achievable, and comply with brand and industry standards.
- Track and ensure on-time completion of all project tasks from initial budget to closeout.
- Prepare and manage schedules for architects, vendors, and contractors.
- Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets.
- Secure the delivery of materials and services, issue RFPs, compare bids, and negotiate proposals.
- Establish and maintain contractor and vendor quality standards.
- Engage proactive solutions for anticipated obstacles.
- Conduct on-site surveys, visits, and supervise all construction installs, working off-hours if required.
- Identify new vendors and efficiencies, maintaining and growing a vendor database alongside existing Swatch Group suppliers.
- Domestic travel up to 40%.
- Bachelor’s degree or vocational degree in construction, project management, architecture, engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years in luxury retail construction-related project management experience.
- Experience with luxury-level materials, finishes, furnishings, displays, and equipment.
- Hands-on knowledge of retail development workflow processes.
- Procurement experience is a plus.
- Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in MS Project and Excel.
- Ability to create and manage project budgets.
- Understanding of building department procedures and requirements in major US cities.
- Strong negotiation skills for vendor and contractor agreements.
- Modern mobile communication skills for office tasks on the road.
- Masterful knowledge of retail construction methods, designs, and systems.
- Detail-oriented and organized with superior follow-up skills.
- Service-oriented towards internal clients.

A minimum of five years in luxury retail construction project management, with a focus on high-end materials and finishes.
Bachelor’s degree or vocational degree in construction, project management, architecture, engineering, or related fields.
