1. Deliver a high-touch client experience across all projects, engaging stakeholders and educating them on the global OMEGA experience and expectations.
2. Establish communication channels between clients, vendors, OMEGA Sales, and OMEGA HQ, acting as the central contact point and project leader.
3. Present proposals to clients and stakeholders, assisting in communicating technical aspects and troubleshooting.
4. Implement and maintain the global OMEGA experience with wholesale partners, ensuring corporate processes are applied and completed.
5. Ensure brand integrity and consistency across all interactions, while making creative local suggestions within corporate guidelines.
6. Ensure construction documents are accurate and comply with brand and industry standards.
7. Track and ensure on-time completion of all project tasks from initial budget to closeout.
8. Prepare and manage schedules for architects, vendors, and contractors.
9. Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets.
10. Secure the delivery of materials and services.
11. Issue RFPs, compare and level bids, negotiate proposals.
12. Establish and maintain contractor and vendor quality standards.
13. Engage proactive solutions for anticipated obstacles.
14. Conduct on-site surveys, visits, and supervise all construction installs, including working off-hours when required.
15. Identify new vendors and efficiencies, tendering projects if required.
16. Maintain and grow a vendor database alongside existing Swatch Group preferred suppliers.
17. Domestic travel up to 40%.

1. Bachelor’s degree or Vocational Degree in Construction, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related fields.
2. Minimum of 5 years in luxury retail construction-related project management.
3. Experience with luxury-level materials, finishes, furnishings, displays, and equipment.
4. Hands-on knowledge of retail development workflow processes.
5. Procurement experience is a plus.

1. Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in MS Project and Excel.
2. Ability to create and manage project budgets.
3. Understanding of building department procedures in major US cities.
4. Strong negotiation skills with vendors and general contractors.
5. Modern mobile communication skills for remote office tasks.
6. Masterful knowledge of retail construction methods, designs, and systems.
7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
8. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
9. Positive demeanor and strong team player.
10. Goal-oriented with the ability to make quick, beneficial decisions.
11. Problem-solving skills and ability to lead diverse groups.
12. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail construction-related project management, with experience in luxury-level materials and retail development workflow processes.

Bachelor’s degree or Vocational Degree in Construction, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related fields.
