- Serve as a key ambassador for the Omega brand, achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships within the boutique.
- Perform supervisory duties, including opening and closing the boutique, and leading the team to ensure continued success.
- Support boutique management with operational tasks and team performance feedback.
- Conduct daily security stock counts to maintain inventory integrity.
- Oversee organisation and replenishment of stock, visual merchandising materials, and product packaging.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the Omega brand and product range.
- Stay informed about stock availability, delays, and discontinued product lines.
- Complete required E-Learning modules to maintain up-to-date training and knowledge.
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Proven customer service and client relationship skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Proficient computer literacy.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Visual merchandising flair.
- Full and flexible availability.
- Knowledge of the luxury watch industry is advantageous.
A minimum of 2 years in retail, with a preference for experience in the luxury sector.
