Omega Sales Representative

- Engage with clients to provide exceptional customer service and promote the Omega brand.

- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Omega products and the luxury watch industry.
- Ensure the boutique is visually merchandised to the highest standard.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in the watch industry.
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and customer service excellence.
- Fluency in French and English; additional languages are an asset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A minimum of 2 years in luxury retail sales, with a preference for experience in the watch industry.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or related field is advantageous.
