Omega Luxury Timepieces Sales Associate

- Create a welcoming and luxurious environment for clients.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of OMEGA's product range and unique features.
- Cultivate long-lasting client relationships by providing memorable and insightful experiences.
- Engage clients using advanced training techniques to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional client service through personalized product maintenance interactions.
- Develop potential clients through clienteling and networking.
- Maintain and expand existing client relationships, tracking milestones and preferences.
- Assist team members in the sales process following boutique protocols.
- Grow the client base through strategic networking and outreach.
- 2-5 years of luxury retail experience, preferably in timepieces or fine jewelry.
- Proven track record of longevity with previous luxury employers.
- Exceptional customer service and selling skills.
- Effective written and oral communication abilities.
- Adaptability to learn technical aspects of timepieces.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Passion for luxury sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
2-5 years of luxury retail experience, preferably in timepieces or fine jewelry.
