1. Support boutique management in achieving sales targets
2. Deliver exceptional customer service adhering to the Omega sales ceremony
3. Assist in developing and maintaining the client database
4. Conduct daily security stock counts
5. Organize, refill, and store backup stock, visual merchandising materials, product packaging, instruction booklets, and warranties
6. Develop a comprehensive knowledge base of Omega brand and products
7. Be available to work weekends

1. Minimum of 2 years of retail experience in the luxury sector preferred

4. Proficient computer literacy

11. Knowledge and experience in the luxury watch industry is an advantage
