Omega Sales Associate — Luxury Timepieces

- Deliver an exceptional, discreet and personalised client experience to drive sales of OMEGA timepieces and accessories.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up and after-sales service to maximise lifetime value.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge of mechanical and quartz movements, product features and brand heritage during client consultations and demonstrations.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and effective closing techniques.
- Manage sales transactions, warranty registration and accurate use of the point-of-sale (POS) system, ensuring compliance with cash-handling and retail security procedures.
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising to brand standards, including window displays and inventory presentation.
- Support stock management, receiving, tagging and cycle counts; escalate discrepancies according to policy.
- Participate in training, product launches and team briefings; represent the brand at events as required.
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales, preferably within watches or fine jewellery.
- Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with polished grooming and professional presentation.
- Right to work in the United States and ability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak seasons.
- Comfort handling high-value merchandise with attention to loss-prevention and compliance procedures.

Typically 1–3 years of direct experience in luxury retail or watch/jewellery sales with a demonstrable history of meeting sales targets and managing high-value client interactions.
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in watchmaking, jewellery, retail management or luxury brand courses preferred.
