1. Assist customers with product selection and inquiries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

3. Support the team in achieving sales targets and store objectives.
4. Ensure the store is well-presented and stocked, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
5. Process transactions efficiently and accurately using the point of sale system.
6. Handle customer service issues with professionalism and escalate when necessary.

1. Previous experience in luxury retail or a customer-facing role.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury watch market and Omega's brand positioning.

2. Proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer service role is required.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
