1. Deliver exceptional sales experiences to clients, ensuring their needs and desires are met with precision and care.
2. Contribute to achieving corporate sales targets through effective client relationship management and sales assistance.
3. Participate in the organization of the store, ensuring the sales floor, back office, and stock are orderly and well-maintained.
4. Ensure the brand image of Omega is presented accurately and attractively.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of retail experience as a sales associate.
2. Strong commercial orientation and sales acumen.
3. Dynamic, flexible, and available to work in rotating shifts.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Ability to identify and adapt communication to various interlocutors and situations.
3. Proficient problem-solving abilities.
4. Familiarity with essential IT tools and a strong inclination towards technology.

A minimum of 3-4 years in a retail sales environment is required.
