1. Deliver an exceptional sales experience to clients, ensuring their desires are met with care and precision.
2. Contribute to achieving corporate objectives by managing client relationships and providing sales and post-sales assistance.
3. Participate in store organization, ensuring the sales floor, back office, and stock are orderly.
4. Ensure the brand image of Omega is presented correctly.

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience as a sales associate.
2. Proficiency in Chinese language.
3. Commercial orientation and dynamic flexibility.
4. Availability to work in rotating shifts.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Ability to identify interlocutors and adapt communication accordingly.
7. Problem-solving skills.

1. Proficiency in Chinese and English languages.
2. Familiarity with key IT tools and a strong inclination towards technology usage.

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail sales is required.
