1. Deliver an exceptional sales experience to clients, ensuring their desires are met with precision and care.
2. Contribute to achieving corporate sales targets through effective client relationship management and sales support.
3. Maintain the organization and presentation of the store, back office, and stock areas.
4. Ensure the brand image of Omega is consistently and accurately presented.

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience as a sales associate.
2. Fluency in Chinese and English.
3. Strong commercial orientation.

1. Dynamic and flexible with the ability to work in rotating shifts.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proficient in identifying interlocutors and adapting communication accordingly.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities.
