1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
2. Assist customers in selecting and purchasing Omega products, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the brand and its offerings.
3. Maintain the presentation and organization of the sales floor to uphold Omega's luxury standards.
4. Process transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system.
5. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
6. Engage in product training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

1. Fluency in both Chinese and Italian is mandatory.
2. Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
