Omega Sales Assistant

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing Omega products, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the brand and its offerings.
- Maintain the presentation and organization of the sales floor to uphold Omega's luxury standards.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
- Engage in product training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Fluency in both Chinese and Italian is mandatory.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field is required.
