Omega Sales Advisor

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting Omega products.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Omega's product offerings and brand heritage.
- Assist in visual merchandising to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.
- Previous experience in luxury retail sales is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the luxury watch market.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
