Omega Retail Construction Project Manager

- Oversee construction activities related to retail projects, ensuring adherence to corporate processes and timely completion.
- Ensure brand designs and identity are consistently respected throughout project execution.
- Prepare and manage schedules for architects, vendors, and contractors.
- Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency.
- Issue RFPs, compare and level bids, and negotiate proposals to secure optimal terms.
- Establish and maintain contractor and vendor quality standards.
- Proactively address and resolve potential project obstacles.
- Accept full responsibility for project success or failure in terms of quality and efficiency.
- Work flexible hours as required by project demands.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's or Vocational Degree in Construction, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail construction project management.
- Proficiency with luxury-level materials, finishes, furnishings, and equipment.
- Hands-on knowledge of retail development workflow processes.
- Understanding of building department procedures and requirements in major US cities.
- Exceptional project management skills, including proficiency in tools such as MS Project and Excel.
- Strong negotiation skills for vendor and contractor agreements.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining high accuracy and organization.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to read and interpret building and construction plans, blueprints, and diagrams.
A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail construction project management, with hands-on experience in managing high-end materials and finishes.
Bachelor's or Vocational Degree in relevant fields.
