1. Oversee construction activities related to retail projects, ensuring adherence to corporate processes and timely completion.
2. Ensure brand designs and identity are consistently respected throughout project execution.
3. Prepare and manage schedules for architects, vendors, and contractors.
4. Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency.
5. Issue RFPs, compare and level bids, and negotiate proposals to secure optimal terms.
6. Establish and maintain contractor and vendor quality standards.
7. Proactively address and resolve potential project obstacles.
8. Accept full responsibility for project success or failure in terms of quality and efficiency.
9. Work flexible hours as required by project demands.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

1. Bachelor's or Vocational Degree in Construction, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related fields.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail construction project management.
3. Proficiency with luxury-level materials, finishes, furnishings, and equipment.
4. Hands-on knowledge of retail development workflow processes.
5. Understanding of building department procedures and requirements in major US cities.

1. Exceptional project management skills, including proficiency in tools such as MS Project and Excel.
2. Strong negotiation skills for vendor and contractor agreements.
3. Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining high accuracy and organization.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Ability to read and interpret building and construction plans, blueprints, and diagrams.

A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail construction project management, with hands-on experience in managing high-end materials and finishes.

Bachelor's or Vocational Degree in relevant fields.
