Omega Regional Sales Manager

- Develop and expand the distribution channel in alignment with brand strategy.
- Effectively manage the territory, encompassing selling activities, stock management, merchandising, account servicing, and cooperative marketing initiatives.
- Service and manage national and regional accounts with proficiency.
- Provide comprehensive training on all aspects of Omega at the store level for independent, regional, and national accounts.
- Achieve sales targets and deliver solutions to meet customer needs.
- Explore, develop, and implement strategies to enhance in-store visibility and sell-through, including training and case space negotiation.
- Propose and coordinate promotional events in collaboration with management.
- Maintain regular communication with the Director of Wholesale regarding account status.
- Complete forecasts, sales analysis, and other pertinent reports.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the wholesale business, specifically within luxury jewelry, accessories, cosmetics, perfume, or similar sectors with a global luxury brand.
- Exceptional negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Entrepreneurial instincts with a creative approach to opportunities.
- Proficiency in computer programs, including Excel and Word.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years in luxury wholesale sales is required.
