Omega Regional Sales Manager

- Develop and manage the distribution channel in alignment with brand strategy.
- Effectively manage the territory, including selling activities, stock management, merchandising, account servicing, and cooperative marketing activities.
- Service and manage national and regional accounts.
- Provide comprehensive training on all aspects of Omega at store level with independent, regional, and national accounts.
- Achieve sales targets and provide solutions to meet customers' needs.
- Explore, develop, and implement changes to increase in-store visibility and sell-through, including training and case space negotiation.
- Propose promotional events in conjunction with management.
- Communicate regularly with the Director of Wholesale on the status of accounts.
- Complete forecasts, sales analysis, and other relevant reports.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the wholesale business, preferably in luxury jewelry, accessories, cosmetics, perfume, or similar with a luxury global brand.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial instincts and resourcefulness.
- Creative thinking.
- Proficiency with computer programs including Excel and Word.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the wholesale business, particularly within luxury sectors such as jewelry, accessories, cosmetics, or perfume.
