- Manage existing accounts within the region to achieve planned sales budget and overall company annual sales projection for the OMEGA brand.
- Ensure proper representation of OMEGA in the marketplace.
- Develop the distribution channel in accordance with brand strategy.
- Manage the territory effectively, including selling activities, stock management, merchandising, account servicing, and coop marketing activities.
- Provide training on all aspects of OMEGA at store level with independent, regional, and national accounts.
- Achieve sales targets and provide solutions to meet customers' needs.
- Explore, develop, and implement changes to increase in-store visibility and sell-through.
- Propose promotional events in conjunction with management.
- Communicate regularly with the Director of Wholesale on the status of accounts.
- Complete forecasts, sales analysis, and other relevant reports.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the wholesale business with a luxury global brand.
- Experience in luxury jewelry, accessories, cosmetics, or perfume is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial instincts and creative thinking.
- Proficiency with computer programs including Excel and Word.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years in sales within the wholesale sector, particularly in luxury goods.
