- Manage the ongoing SIS program with headquarters, retailers, and suppliers.
- Efficiently oversee the roll-out of new POS campaigns in accordance with headquarters' guidelines.
- Maintain sufficient POS stocks in the central warehouse and manage requests within budget constraints.
- Coordinate local POS requests with the Visual Merchandising team as needed.
- Assist in planning and delivering advertising campaigns in alignment with headquarters.
- Monitor competitor activity and report findings to the brand team.
- Support the preparation and implementation of trade marketing plans and promotional activities.
- Assist in creating and managing a Boutique event calendar to enhance footfall and support existing clientele.
- Liaise with Boutique and visual merchandisers to ensure POS and visuals align with brand campaigns.
- Provide ongoing event management and support for brand events.
- Prepare official documentation and manage communications with field sales staff, customers, and advertising agents.
- Maintain IT expertise and ensure all company information and brand literature are current and accessible.
- Strong ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Enthusiasm and passion for luxury watches.
- Ability to thrive in a busy, demanding environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for interaction with retailers, consumers, and internal departments.
- Proficiency in IT, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with SAP is desirable.
- Interest and experience in digital and social media marketing.
Experience in a marketing role within the luxury goods sector is preferred.
