- Perform opening and closing procedures for the boutique.
- Liaise with Store Manager and Assistant Manager, demonstrating leadership capabilities in their absence and while on the sales floor.
- Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of OMEGA's range of products and their unique characteristics.
- Cultivate enduring client relationships by providing memorable experiences and insights into OMEGA's heritage.
- Utilize training techniques to engage and retain a loyal client base.
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales or keyholder experience, preferably in timepieces or fine jewelry.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to uphold company policies and procedures.
- Impressive selling capabilities and notable customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
- Adaptability to learn technical aspects of the timepiece collection.
- Willingness to train others in various business areas.

A minimum of three years in luxury retail sales or keyholder roles, preferably within the timepiece or fine jewelry sectors.
$26-$30 per hour plus commission.
