Omega Luxury Timepieces Keyholder

- Perform opening and closing procedures for the boutique.
- Liaise with Store Manager and Assistant Manager, demonstrating leadership in their absence and on the sales floor.
- Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of OMEGA's product range and unique characteristics.
- Cultivate enduring client relationships by providing memorable and insightful experiences.
- Utilize training techniques to engage and retain satisfied customers.
- Uphold and represent the Manager’s vision, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 3 years of luxury retail sales or keyholder experience, preferably in timepieces or fine jewelry.
- Proven track record of longevity with previous luxury employers.
- Exceptional customer service and selling capabilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
- Adaptability to learn technical aspects of the timepiece collection.
- Ability to train others in various business areas.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Passion for selling and the luxury retail industry.
- Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, SAP, and Cegid.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in luxury retail sales or keyholder roles, ideally within the timepiece or fine jewelry sectors.
