1. Perform opening and closing boutique procedures.
2. Liaise with Store Manager and Assistant Manager, demonstrating leadership capabilities in their absence.
3. Demonstrate deep knowledge of the product range and their distinctive characteristics.
4. Cultivate enduring relationships with clients by providing memorable experiences.
5. Utilize training techniques to engage, inform, and retain clients.
6. Represent the Manager’s vision and ensure policies and procedures are upheld.

1. 3 years of luxury retail sales/keyholder experience, preferably in timepieces or fine jewelry.
2. Proven track record of longevity with prior luxury employers.

2. Impressive selling capabilities.
3. Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
4. Adaptability to learn technical aspects of timepieces.
5. Ability to train others.
6. Negotiation prowess.
7. Passion for selling.
8. Excellent computer skills, including Windows, SAP, Cegid, and Microsoft Outlook.

Must possess 3 years of luxury retail sales/keyholder experience, preferably in the timepiece or fine jewelry field.
