1. Perform opening and closing procedures for the boutique.
2. Liaise with Store Manager and Assistant Manager, demonstrating leadership in their absence and on the sales floor.
3. Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of OMEGA's product range and unique characteristics.
4. Cultivate enduring client relationships by providing memorable and insightful experiences.
5. Utilize training techniques to engage and retain satisfied customers.
6. Uphold and represent the Manager’s vision, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

1. Minimum of 3 years of luxury retail sales or keyholder experience, preferably in timepieces or fine jewelry.
2. Proven track record of longevity with previous luxury employers.

1. Exceptional customer service and selling capabilities.
2. Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
3. Adaptability to learn technical aspects of the timepiece collection.
4. Ability to train others in various business areas.
5. Strong negotiation skills.
6. Passion for selling and the luxury retail industry.
7. Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, SAP, and Cegid.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in luxury retail sales or keyholder roles, ideally within the timepiece or fine jewelry sectors.
