1. Oversee boutique operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, demonstrating leadership on the sales floor.

4. Execute opening and closing procedures for the boutique.
5. Employ advanced training techniques to engage and educate clients.
6. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, embodying the Manager's vision.

1. Minimum of 3 years of luxury retail sales or keyholder experience, preferably in timepieces or fine jewelry.
2. Proven track record of longevity with previous luxury employers.

3. Ability to learn and convey technical aspects of timepieces.
4. Training and mentoring skills.
5. Negotiation prowess.
6. Passion for luxury sales.

A minimum of three years in luxury retail sales or keyholder roles, with a preference for experience in timepieces or fine jewelry.
