- Meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Deliver exceptional client service through personalized interactions and product maintenance.
- Develop potential clients through clientelling and networking.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships, keeping detailed records of client preferences.
- Assist team members in the sales process according to established protocols.
- Expand the client base through networking and outreach efforts.
- 2-5 years of luxury retail experience, preferably in timepieces or fine jewelry.
- Proven track record of longevity with previous luxury employers.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Impressive selling capabilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to learn technical aspects of timepieces.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Passion for selling.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
2-5 years of luxury retail experience, preferably in the timepiece or fine jewelry field.
