Omega Luxury Sales Associate

- Establish a welcoming and luxurious environment for clients.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of OMEGA's product range and unique features.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships by providing insightful and memorable experiences.
- Utilize training techniques to engage and retain a loyal client base.
- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Deliver exceptional client service through personalized interactions and product maintenance advice.
- Develop potential clients through clienteling and networking.
- Maintain and expand existing client relationships, keeping detailed records of client preferences and milestones.
- Assist team members in the sales process following established boutique protocols.
- Expand client base through proactive networking and outreach.
- 2-5 years of luxury retail experience, preferably in timepieces or fine jewelry.
- Proven track record of longevity with previous luxury employers.
- Exceptional selling capabilities and customer service skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to learn technical aspects of timepieces.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Passion for luxury sales.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
2-5 years of luxury retail experience, preferably in the timepiece or fine jewelry sector.
