Omega Sales Associate

- Establish a welcoming and approachable luxury environment.
- Demonstrate a deep knowledge of the product range and their distinctive characteristics.
- Cultivate enduring relationships with clients by providing memorable experiences.
- Utilize training techniques to engage, inform, and retain a loyal client base.
- Meet and exceed sales goals.
- Provide the highest level of client service through personalized contact.
- Develop potential clients through clientelling and networking efforts.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
- Assist team members in the sales process as per established protocols.
- Develop existing client base and reach new prospects through networking and outreach.
- 2-5 years of luxury retail experience, preferably in the timepiece or fine jewelry field.
- Proven track record of longevity with prior luxury employers.
- Impressive selling capabilities and notable customer service skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
- Adaptability to learn the technical aspects of the timepiece collection.
- Talented negotiation prowess.
- Passion for the art of selling.
- Proficiency in MS Office is highly desirable.
2-5 years of luxury retail experience, preferably in the timepiece or fine jewelry field.
