1. Execute opening and closing procedures for the boutique.
2. Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Manager, demonstrating leadership in their absence.
3. Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of OMEGA's product range and unique features.
4. Foster long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
5. Utilize training techniques to engage and retain a loyal client base.

1. Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales or keyholder experience, preferably in timepieces or fine jewelry.
2. Demonstrated leadership qualities and adherence to company policies.
3. Exceptional selling capabilities and customer service skills.

1. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
2. Adaptability to learn technical aspects of timepieces.
3. Ability to train others in various business areas.
4. Strong negotiation skills.
5. Passion for sales and customer engagement.

At least 3 years of experience in luxury retail sales or as a keyholder, preferably within the timepiece or fine jewelry sector.
