- Perform opening and closing procedures for the boutique.
- Liaise with Store Manager and Assistant Manager, demonstrating leadership capabilities in their absence.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of the product range and its distinctive characteristics.
- Cultivate enduring relationships with clients by providing memorable experiences.
- Utilize training techniques to engage, inform, and retain a loyal client base.
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales or keyholder experience, preferably in timepieces or fine jewelry.
- Demonstrates leadership qualities and ensures policies and procedures are upheld.
- Impressive selling capabilities and notable customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally.
- Robust adaptability to learn technical aspects of the timepiece collection.
- Willingness to train others in various areas of the business.
- Talented negotiation prowess.
- Passion for the art of selling.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule throughout the week.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Technical aptitude and dexterity.
- MS Office experience is highly desirable.
