1. Perform opening and closing procedures for the boutique.
2. Liaise with Store Manager and Assistant Manager, demonstrating leadership capabilities in their absence.
3. Demonstrate deep knowledge of the product range and its distinctive characteristics.
4. Cultivate enduring relationships with clients by providing memorable experiences.
5. Utilize training techniques to engage, inform, and retain a loyal client base.

1. Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales or keyholder experience, preferably in timepieces or fine jewelry.
2. Demonstrates leadership qualities and ensures policies and procedures are upheld.
3. Impressive selling capabilities and notable customer service skills.
4. Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally.
5. Robust adaptability to learn technical aspects of the timepiece collection.
6. Willingness to train others in various areas of the business.
7. Talented negotiation prowess.
8. Passion for the art of selling.
9. Must be able to work a flexible schedule throughout the week.

1. Exceptional customer service skills.
2. Technical aptitude and dexterity.
3. MS Office experience is highly desirable.
