2. Liaise with Store Manager and Assistant Manager, demonstrating leadership in their absence.

4. Cultivate lasting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences.
5. Utilize training techniques to engage and inform clients, enhancing their understanding of Omega's heritage.
6. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures at all times.

1. Minimum of 3 years of luxury retail sales or keyholder experience, preferably in timepieces or fine jewelry.
2. Proven track record of longevity with prior luxury employers.
