- Perform opening and closing procedures for the boutique.
- Liaise with Store Manager and Assistant Manager, demonstrating leadership in their absence.

- Utilize training techniques to engage and inform clients, enhancing their understanding of Omega's heritage.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Minimum of 3 years of luxury retail sales or keyholder experience, preferably in timepieces or fine jewelry.
- Proven track record of longevity with prior luxury employers.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to learn and convey technical aspects of timepieces.
- Leadership and training capabilities.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule.
