- Execute opening and closing procedures for the boutique.

- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, showcasing leadership in their absence.
- Engage in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to achieving sales objectives and targets.
- Minimum of 3 years in luxury retail sales, preferably in timepieces or fine jewelry.
- Proven track record in sales and customer service excellence.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Willingness to learn technical aspects of OMEGA's collection.
- Capability to train and mentor team members.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules.
- Local residency required.
