- Oversee boutique operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Liaise with Store Manager and Assistant Manager, demonstrating leadership in their absence.
- Cultivate enduring client relationships through exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Train and mentor team members in various business areas.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Omega's timepieces and their unique characteristics.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Achieve or exceed sales objectives through effective negotiation and selling techniques.
- Minimum of 3 years of luxury retail sales or keyholder experience, preferably in timepieces or fine jewelry.
- Proven track record of longevity with previous luxury employers.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong adaptability to learn technical aspects of Omega's timepieces.
- Ability to train and mentor others.
- Talented negotiation skills.
- Passion for luxury sales and client engagement.
- Proficiency in computer systems such as Windows, SAP, and Cegid.
A minimum of three years in luxury retail sales or keyholder roles, with a preference for experience in the timepiece or fine jewelry sectors.
Salary range: $25 - $28 per hour, plus commission.
