1. Resolve IT incidents and assist in troubleshooting
2. Install workstations
3. Provide telephone support and assistance to employees
4. Participate in IT project management and server administration for Windows and Linux
5. Package and deploy applications

1. Completion of compulsory education with high grades in scientific and mathematical subjects
2. Currently a first-year student at ceff INDUSTRIE or another vocational school, seeking to continue apprenticeship in a corporate setting
3. Strong interest in technology and the digital world

No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in IT and technology is essential.

Currently enrolled in a vocational school with a focus on technology or related fields.
