1. Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in managing large-scale international events.

3. Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
5. Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in international event management within the luxury sector.
