- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage and oversee learning and development projects to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues.
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR management and project management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
